Okroshka "on-Volga" Recipe

Instructions
Boil potatoes in a uniform, hard-boiled eggs.
Finely chop the green onion, dill and parsley.
Peel the potatoes and mash them together with half of the chopped greens with a potato masher.
Add the grated cucumber and radish to the potatoes.
Peel the egg, rub the yolk with mustard, sour cream, salt and black pepper
The recipe uses dried roach, I don't have it, I took smoked halibut. Clean the fish, disassemble it into fibers, put it with vegetables.
Mix the dressing with other components of the okroshka. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.
Pour the soup with chilled kvass. Mix it.
Serve the okroshka in deep plates in a chilled form, sprinkled with the remaining herbs.
