Filling:
- 1 piece Chicken breast small
- 1 piece Onion small
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper red, small
- 2 pieces Pickled cucumbers small

Instructions
- In a deep bowl, mix the sour cream, milk and egg well.
- Add the soft butter and stir.
- Add the slaked soda (lemon juice or vinegar). And stir.
- Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Flour may take a little more or less. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- While the dough is in the refrigerator, cut the chicken into small cubes. Put it in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes, also chop the bell pepper.
- We take a form for baking cakes (I do not have an iron, so we will cope with soft ones). We take the dough out of the refrigerator, tear off a small piece and roll it into a circle, put it on the bottom of our mold.
- Cut out a strip of baking paper according to the height of your mold, so that it lies inside the entire wall, and roll out the dough to its full length.
- Carefully put into our mold, quickly sculpt the edges with the bottom. And immediately proceed to the filling in layers. If your dough spreads a little on the walls, this is normal, it stretches well and can stretch after each layer.
- The first layer is laid out chicken fillet.
- Cut the second onion into cubes. Add salt to taste.
- Put the sliced mushrooms in the third layer.
- The fourth layer is Bulgarian pepper. Salt.
- The fifth layer is cut into round pieces of pickled cucumber
