Potato Chops with Parmesan Recipe
These wonderful cutlets can be served as a hot appetizer or as a main course. Simple, satisfying and delicious!

Instructions
Wash and boil the potatoes in salted water, then cool slightly, peel and mash in mashed potatoes.
Season with salt and pepper, add eggs, grated parmesan, chopped garlic clove, chopped herbs and green onions.
Shape the cutlets, pan them as desired and fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve immediately with any sauce of your choice.
