Ingredients
Dough:
- 100 gram Butter
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- Baking powder
Filling:
- 500 gram Pumpkin
- 1 piece Orange
- 250 gram Mascarpone
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
- Liqueur of bitter almonds, a little
Instructions
- The ingredients for the dough should be cold. Mix everything quickly, the dough turns out a little sticky. If necessary, adjust the amount of flour. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and put it in a mold; then cover with parchment paper, pour out the beans and put them in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 10 minutes.
- Slice and stew the pumpkin until soft – with liqueur or a little water, and I just baked a piece of pumpkin until soft.
- Chop the pumpkin in a blender, whisk the eggs with sugar, squeeze the juice from the orange, and then mix the pumpkin puree with eggs, orange juice and mascarpone. Put the filling on the dough and put it at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. From the remaining dough, I made pumpkin-shaped cookies to decorate the pie. It is more convenient to cut the pie chilled. Enjoy your meal!
