Pumpkin grate on a large grater.
Orange wash, extract with a fine grater zest.
Cut the skin from the orange and mill it.

Pour 2/3 of the dough-crumbs.
Then the filling spread stepping back from the edge of a couple of mm.
Fall asleep with the remaining dough-crumbs.
Send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
The pie is ready! Allow to cool, remove from the mold and serve!
