Ingredients
Main:
- 1 glass Rice
- 1 piece Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 piece Carrot
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 500 ml Broth or water
- 2 tablespoons Tomato sauce
- 1 piece Sweet pepper
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning (for meat)
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Wash the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
- Prepare the marinade for the meat. Mix soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt and spices.
- Mix the meat well with the marinade. Cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour.
- Cut onion and sweet pepper into cubes, grate carrots on a coarse grater.
- In a mixture of butter and vegetable oils, fry the onion until transparent. Add the meat, fry over high heat, stirring until the meat is slightly browned.
- Then reduce the heat. Add the carrots and pepper and fry for a few minutes, stirring.
- Put the washed rice on the vegetables with meat in an even layer. Don't move!
- Pour in hot broth or water. Add bay leaf, allspice, crushed garlic, ketchup and salt to taste. Bring to a boil.
- Cover with a lid, make a small fire and cook until the liquid evaporates for 15-20 minutes.
- The dish is ready!
