Ingredients
Dough:
- 250 ml Kefir
- 380 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Soda
Filling:
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 0,5 bunch Green Onion
- 150 gram Hard cheese
- 6 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
- 0,5 teaspoon Seasoning
- 3 cloves Garlic
Instructions
- Add soda to kefir, mix. Then add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Mix it.
- Pour flour in parts, knead a soft dough that does not stick to your hands. Brush the dough with vegetable oil, cover with cling film and leave for 20 minutes.
- For the filling, cut the greens. You can add fried onions to the filling, it will be juicier.
- Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
- Divide the dough into 3 parts.
- Roll out each part of the dough very thinly.
- Mix 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil with salt and spices. Brush this oil with a little rolled dough. Lightly sprinkle with flour.
- Sprinkle with herbs, crushed garlic and cheese.
- Fold the dough into the middle along with the filling. Again grease with oil, sprinkle with flour, put the greens and cheese, without garlic.
- Then cover with the second part of the tortilla, also brush with butter, sprinkle with flour, herbs + cheese.
- Fold in half, spread with butter, sprinkle with flour, herbs + cheese.
- Cover with the second part. Push down with your hand. Pinches the edges.
- Roll out into a flat cake 1 cm thick.
- Fry in a small amount of oil on both sides, under the lid over low heat.
- Turn over after 10 minutes, when the underside is browned.
- Option for baking. Place the tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Brush with egg. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
