Shiitake in Hot Sauce Recipe
I know that many people like spicy Korean snacks, but it is not always possible to go to the market for them. I suggest that you prepare it yourself, since now you can buy dried shiitake, semi-finished products in supermarkets. If you're interested, you're welcome.

Ingredients
- 75 gram Mushrooms dried shiitaki
- 1 piece Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 3 tablespoons Sauce soy
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds fry
- 1 teaspoon Red hot pepper
- 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Vinegar (6-9%)
- 2 liters Water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- The time is indicated without taking into account the soaking of mushrooms and the infusion of snacks. Rinse the mushrooms and cover with cold water for 1 hour.
- After an hour, drain the water, boil it and pour the mushrooms again, for 3 to 4 hours.
- Before cooking, boil the mushrooms, cook for 5 minutes at a slow boil. Peel the onion and cut it into feathers.
- Heat the sesame oil, put the onion, simmer it over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes, pour in the soy sauce.
- Drain the mushrooms, add to the pan, pour in 5 tbsp. l. mushroom broth, simmer for 5 minutes. PS : on the remaining mushroom broth, you can prepare soup or sauce, you can freeze for later use.
- Add paprika, hot chili pepper, sugar, a little salt, simmer for a couple of minutes.
- Add the finely chopped garlic, fried sesame seeds, stir, let boil, pour in the vinegar and remove from the heat.
- Add chopped green onions, stir, cool, let stand for 6-12 hours.
