- 400 ml Mango (nectar)
- 300 gram Melon (very juicy)

- Pour yogurt, cream, and nectar into the blender. Instead of yogurt, you can use juice or nectar. Bananas are a must. And instead of melon, any berries or fruit will do. Coconut cream, not milk, is very complementary to the taste of smoothies. I peeled the melon and cut it into small pieces in chunks.
