Strudel of Vienna Recipe

Ingredients
- 250 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 100 gram Butter 50 g dough and 50 g for the filling
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 kilogram Apple
- 1 piece Lemon Lemon juice
- 100 gram Raisin
- 75 gram Almond crushed
- 100 gram Bread crumbs
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- From flour, salt, 125 ml of warm water, egg yolks and butter, knead the dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in foil and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour.
- Peel the apples, cut into strips, mix with lemon juice, chopped almonds and raisins.
- Fry the crumbs of white bread in a small amount of butter.
- You will get the dough, you need to beat it with all your strength on a board sprinkled with flour. Roll out the dough as thinly as possible on a kitchen towel.
- Brush the dough with butter, sour cream and sprinkle with breadcrumbs from white bread.
- Spread the filling over the entire surface of the dough, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Using a towel, roll up the roll, put it on a baking sheet, greased with oil, and put it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. The temperature is 200 degrees. Take it out, let it cool and sprinkle with powder!!!
