Turkey baked in a Pot over a Fire Recipe
I offer You a practical Turkey dish. This is a win-win option for a picnic, cottage or a regular dinner at home. Practicality lies in the fact that all the dirty and labor-intensive work is done at home in advance, and at the appointed time the dish is baked in a Convenient way: in a pot on the coals, in a cauldron on the fire, in a frying pan on the grill or in a classic oven at home.

- I wash the Turkey leg well, pluck out the remaining hairs, and soak it with a paper towel.
