Soak the beans for 10-12 hours. Change the water twice.
Heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onion. Pour water from a bowl with beans and pour it into a saucepan. Put all the vegetables, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, celery stalks to the beans, pour water so that the beans are covered, and simmer under the lid. Vegetables can be put at the end of cooking beans, but I prefer when everything is stewed together.
Cook the beans on low heat for at least 1.5 hours. Do not forget to stir the contents of the pan occasionally.
At the end of cooking, the beans should become soft. Add seasoning and dry herbs, add salt and add seafood to the beans. Stir and turn off the stove.
