Zucchini Paprikash with Tomatoes Recipe
I offer you a delicious, flavorful, vegetable dish based on the Hungarian dish paprikash. In the season of the last vegetables from the garden, this dish will be in demand. The dish is universal, as a hot second course or side dish, or as an appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 2 pieces Red sweet pepper
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Red hot pepper to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Paprika sweet
- 50 ml Water
Instructions
- Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
- Pour the oil into the pan, fry the onion over medium heat until transparent, add the paprika.
- Wash pepper, clean, cut into cubes, put it to the onion, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Zucchini clean, cut into large cubes, put the vegetables in the pan.
- Add salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Cut the tomato into cubes, add it to the vegetables, and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
- For filling, mix sour cream, flour, and water.
- Add the sour cream mixture to the pan, stir and simmer for another couple of minutes.
- Add the chopped herbs (parsley) and garlic, mix.
- Turning off the fire.
- When serving, if desired, add hot red pepper cut into rings.
