The taste of the sauce is delicate, tomato. Instead of tomato paste, you can use fresh tomato puree, then you do not need to add water when stewing. The sauce is perfect for minced meat dishes (meatballs, meatballs, cutlets), mashed potatoes.
It turns out a hearty, juicy, crispy and very tasty salad. Preferably, in a fillet salad, use baked chicken breast seasoned with spices, but you can also just boiled breast. The juiciness and crispness of the salad is given by celery. This salad can, well, replace your dinner.
I made this sauce for the first time and fell in love with it from the first spoonful. Potatoes are the main component of the sauce, giving it velvety, garlic-soy sauce – sharpness and piquancy.
