I like to bake meat bread, it’s delicious, nutritious and quite dietary. I want to eat something hot, I want to bake it on bread in the form of a sandwich. Today I want to offer a variant of meat bread, which was tasted in a mountain village in Crete. The recipe, of course, has changed. Original meatloaf of lamb, red onion and feta cheese, as well as pieces and leftovers of local bread… Well, what are they rich in, as they say. But you can not spread it on bread, it is a bright self-sufficient hearty meat dish, which is served accompanied by vegetables, herbs and … of course, olives.
I often bake homemade bread, I am interested in new recipes. By chance on the Internet I came across a recipe for Filipino bread Pandesal (amazing!!), which interested me very much, what is it? In translation, “pandesal” means salty bread. But the taste of the rolls was normal. They are crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. We use these buns for breakfast.
In this dish, the taste of buckwheat is revealed in a new way. Sesame oil gives it an unusual flavor, in which, while buckwheat porridge is being cooked, vegetables and spices are fried in just a few minutes. Buckwheat can be served as a side dish or as an independent dish.
Cellophane noodles are very interesting “glass” noodles made of beans. It does not have such a pronounced taste, so it requires a bright accompaniment. I made noodles with vegetables baked in teriyaki sauce and rich broth. It turned out incredibly tasty, healthy and not at all hard. Great variety on fast days.
