A very tasty and hearty salad. Minimal costs and lots of fun. I really liked the combination of ingredients: cauliflower, radish and pickled cucumber, their tastes echo so pleasantly in this dish!
Suggest another recipe using puff pastry. The galette turns out delicious (however, like any pastry made from this dough), and the filling is juicy! Highly recommended!
