Dough:
- 410 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 80 ml Milk
- 50 gram Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 850 gram Potato puree
- 1 teaspoon Dill dry
- Green onions to taste
On top:
- 100 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Butter
- 50 gram Hard cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl I broke eggs, poured sugar and salt and beat well with a fork. Pour in the milk, butter and mix. Sift the flour, add baking powder and knead the dough. Put all the dough on a sheet of parchment and roll it out thinly with a rolling pin. The parchment with the dough was transferred to a baking dish. The size of the form is 35 x 25 cm.
