- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 gram Hard cheese
- 50 ml Cream (35%)

- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, put pieces of chicken fillet, thawed broccoli inflorescences, grated cheese, cream, crushed garlic (I used garlic powder), pepper and salt. Grind into minced meat.
- Prepare the filling.
- Prepare the nest. Put the minced meat in a bowl, add egg, oat flakes, ground coriander, salt and mix.
- Divide the minced meat into parts and form a nest with a recess from each. You need to immediately make nests on a baking sheet covered with baking paper or foil.
- Put the minced chicken in the recesses. Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 190 ° C, and bake until ready, ~ 25-30 minutes.
