- 3 pieces Green Onion
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs boiled
- 2 tablespoons Butter

Instructions
- Mix 250 g of sifted flour with 2 tsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt and 1 tsp dry instant yeast. Now add 150 ml of warm milk, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and knead the dough.
- Cover the resulting dough with a towel and put it in a warm place for 1 hour.
- While the dough is resting, you need to prepare the filling. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a frying pan over medium heat, add 250 g of boiled bulgur and 3 pieces of finely chopped green onions. Stir thoroughly and simmer for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
- Hard-boiled 3 eggs cut into small cubes and mix with bulgur and green onions. Add salt to taste. If desired, you can add your favorite spices.
- The dough came up well, now you need to mash it a little.
- Sprinkle the work surface with flour, divide the dough into equal parts. Roll each piece in flour and roll it into a circle with a diameter of about 11 cm .
- The thickness of the dough is about 7-10 mm. In the middle I put 1 tablespoon of filling.
- Shape the cutlets by lightly pinching the edges. I leave the seam open.
- Place the pies on parchment, brush with beaten egg and let stand for about 15 minutes in a warm place. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until golden brown for about 20-25 minutes, taking into account the characteristics of your oven.
- We invite everyone to a treat!
