- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 200 ml Milk
- 150 gram Cream (20%)
- 0,5 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Soda
Filling:
- 250 gram Cabbage
- 100 gram Pickled cabbage
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
Instructions
- Chop the fresh cabbage and put it out together with sauerkraut in heated oil, add salt, pepper and sugar to taste.
- Mix eggs, salt, dairy products in a bowl (in my case, 100 ml of milk, 50 g of sour cream, 100 ml of kefir and 100 ml of natural yogurt puree), salt, soda and flour. Mix thoroughly - the dough will turn out liquid.
- Grease an all-in-one 20 cm long mold with butter and sprinkle with flour. Shake off excess flour.
- Pour half of the dough into the mold.
- Distribute the filling and pour the second half of the dough.
- I sprinkled sesame seeds on top.
- Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-40 minutes and bake until golden brown. Focus on your oven!!!
- Very tasty in a warm form!
- Bon appetit.
