Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 18 gram Baking powder
- 200 gram Butter
- 100 gram Sugar
- 5 pieces Egg yolk
Cottage cheese filling:
- 1 kg Cottage cheese
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 140 gram Sugar
- 3 tablespoons Corn starch
- 1 pack Vanilla pudding
- 250 gram Sour cream or cream
Protein mass:
- 5 pieces Egg white
- 170 gram Sugar
- 1 pack Vanilla pudding
- 2 pieces Apples
- 2 tablespoons Semolina for sprinkling
- Dark chocolate
Instructions
- Mix the sifted flour with baking powder.
- Mix it.
- Add the butter.
- Grind into crumbs.
- Add sugar.
- Add the egg yolk.
- Knead a soft dough.
- And divide it into two parts.
- 1/3 of the dough is sent to the freezer.
- For the filling, we scroll the cottage cheese through a meat grinder.
- Add sugar.
- Add eggs.
- Whisk well into a homogeneous mass.
- That's how it should be.
- Then add the starch.
- Add the pudding.
- Beat again with a mixer.
- Add sour cream.
- Whisk everything until smooth.
- To obtain a protein mass, whisk the egg whites.

- Gradually adding sugar.

- And mix gently.
- We take our dough.
- Roll out 2/3 of the dough.
- And put it in a greased form, lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle with semolina.
- Place the apple on top, cut into thick slices.

- Remove the remaining dough from the freezer and grate it on a coarse grater.
- Sprinkle dark chocolate on top.
