Cheesecake with Apples and Cranberries "On the Contrary" Recipe
I invite you to taste a delicious cheesecake with apples and cranberries, which is prepared somewhat differently than a regular cheesecake. Such pastries can please your family, friends and guests. Very tasty, fragrant, tender!

Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 100 gram Sour cream
- 50 gram Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 30 gram Butter
- 80 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,25 teaspoon Soda
Curd layer:
- 400 gram Cottage cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 80 gram Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Semolina
Filling:
- 2 pieces Apples
- 30 gram Cranberries
- 1 pack Vanilla sugar
Instructions
- Let's start cooking cheesecake with stuffing. To do this, wash the apples, peel and core them. Cut into 8 slices. Roll in vanilla sugar.
- Put the apples and cranberries in a baking dish (I have silicone).
- Next, prepare the cheese filling. To do this, mix cottage cheese, sugar, eggs, semolina in a bowl.
- Whisk with an immersion blender until smooth.
- Spread the cottage cheese over the apples.
- For the dough, mix the egg, sour cream, sugar, salt in a bowl, mix.
- Add the melted butter and mix. Next, sift the flour with soda and mix well again.
- Spread the dough over the curd layer. Put in a cold oven, turn on 180 degrees, cook for 40-45 minutes. Do not take it out of the oven immediately, but leave the cheesecake there until the oven cools down completely. Gently flip the cheesecake mold onto the platter.
- Ready cheesecake can be served to the table!!!
- Cheesecake turns out to be very tender)
