Ingredients
Cutlets:
- 800 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion small
- 1 bunch Green Onion to taste
- 2 cloves Garlic to taste
- 2 tablespoons Semolina you can replace it with starch or flour
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise or sour cream 15% fat content
- 5 tablespoons Vegetable oil for frying
Salad for 1 serving:
- 2 pieces Cabbage Peking, leaf
- 1 piece Carrot small, juicy and delicious
- 1 clove Garlic necessarily
- 1 teaspoon Mayonnaise
- 20 gram Hard cheese
- 1 piece Tomato small or part to taste
Instructions
- To prepare minced meat for cutlets, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes, add salt and spices. Finely chop the onion and green onion, and dice the bell pepper. Combine all the ingredients, add semolina (you can replace it with starch or flour), add mayonnaise or sour cream at your choice.
- Mix the minced meat until smooth. Cutlets can be fried immediately or send the minced meat to the refrigerator for up to a day, covered with food wrap, so the meat is even better marinated, the cutlets will be more tender.
- On a pan heated with vegetable oil, spread the cutlets with a spoon, it is better to make them thicker, they will be juicier, they will fry well under the lid. Fry over moderate heat until tender.
- To prepare the salad, wash the leaves of Peking cabbage, cut into strips, mix with garlic (the amount to taste), sprinkle lightly with salt and herbs from the mill. Apply the thinnest grid of mayonnaise, top with a layer of grated carrots on a medium grater, the thinnest grid of mayonnaise, top with a layer of grated cheese, if desired, add thin slices of tomato. This salad requires garlic and mayonnaise, without these ingredients, the taste is lost!
