Chops in Potato-Carrot Tempura Recipe
Sometimes I cook hot sandwiches fried in vegetable batter. I think many people are familiar with such sandwiches. I decided to use this dough for chicken chops. It turned out very tasty, juicy and fragrant.

Instructions
Cut the fillet into pieces and chop it off. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Grate carrots, potatoes and onions on a fine grater.
Beat the eggs with a fork with milk and a pinch of salt.
Grate potatoes and onions on a grater, squeeze out excess water. Add grated vegetables and garlic squeezed through a press to the eggs. Mix it.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix it.
Roll the chops well in flour.
Fry the chops in well-heated vegetable oil on low heat under the lid.
These are such beautiful chops turned out.
