Ingredients
Dough:
- 180 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 15 gram Yeast fresh
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 500 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 40 gram Butter
Filling:
- 400 gram Minced meat pork+beef
- 400 gram Assorted meat
- 200 gram Marinade cucumber
- 150 gram Hard cheese
- 150 gram Ketchup
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Add sugar and yeast to the warm milk and stir. Leave in a warm place for 10-15 minutes. A puffy cap should be formed.
- Sifted flour.
- Add milk with yeast, egg and melted butter to the flour.
- Knead the dough, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes for lifting.
- Then knead the dough again and divide into two parts. One part is 3/4, the other is 1/4. Most of the roll out in a circle and put in a baking dish (diameter 26 cm), so that the edges hang a little over the side. The form is better to use a split, if necessary, cover with foil, grease with vegetable oil 1 tbsp.
- Twist the meat through a meat grinder, add salt, spices, and mix.
- Distribute the minced meat in the form.
- From above to grease with ketchup.
- Then distribute the vegetable mixture (I have Chinese, pre-thawed).
- Spread the pickles on top, sliced into circles.
- Then grate the cheese on a large grater.
- Then roll out a smaller part of the dough and cover the pie. Trim the excess dough and pinch the edges.
- From the excess dough, using molds, cut flowers, decorated the cake. Make a hole in the center of the pie. Cook in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, 40-50 minutes, until Golden.
- Ready pie is served to the table.
