Ingredients
Dough:
- 360 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 60 gram Sugar
- 0,3 teaspoon Vanilla sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 2 pinches Salt
- 150 ml Sunflower oil
- 150 ml Kefir
Additives:
- 1 handful Raisin
- 1 hanful Berry Goji
- 2 handfuls Sunflower seeds roasted
- 1 hanful Candied fruits pineapple
For top:
- Apricot jam, or cherry plum, to taste
Instructions
- In kefir or yogurt, beat the eggs.
- Pour in the oil.
- Add sugar and vanilla.
- Beat with a mixer.
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder.
- Whisk again. You can add turmeric to add color.
- Add the additive. Wash and squeeze the raisins and goji berries. Fry the seeds in advance.
- Stir with a spoon.
- We cover the form with parchment and put a ceramic cup in the center, the walls of which we lubricate with oil from the outside. Or take a form with a "hole" in the center.
- Spread all the dough in a circle.
- Bake until dry for 30 minutes in a preheated 200*C oven.
- Remove the cup with a thin knife. Spread the hot cake with any sour jam. I have some from the plum tree.
- Cut into portions.
- Serve with coffee, tea or children for an afternoon snack with milk.
