Ingredients
Dough:
- 300 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 125 milliliters Water
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
- 400 gram Minced meat
- 1 piece Onion
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 50 gram Parmesan
- 2 tablespoons Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Vegetable oil for roasting
Instructions
- Sift the flour, add salt, egg, vegetable oil and water.
- Knead the dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
- For the filling, cut the onion into half rings. I had a large onion, I cut it into quarters.
- Fry the onion until golden brown in a well-heated frying pan. Add sugar and stir. The onion will become golden-glossy.
- Add soy sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Here is such a beautiful and fragrant onion turned out.
- Fry the minced meat until half cooked, add salt and pepper.
- Roll out the dough thinly. You can stretch it with your hands, it does not tear
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I didn't have crackers, I used tempura. Lay out the onion.
- Put a layer of minced meat and cheese on top. Step back a little from the edge so that the filling does not come out.
- Roll up a thick roll and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes.
- Bake it until golden brown. They cooked in the evening, and in the morning they were cut cold and warmed up.
