This mushroom salad is always a great option for a festive table. Preparing a salad is quick and easy, and you get a great delicious "Holiday" salad. I make the salad in layers so I use less mayonnaise. So it turns out that only 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise is used for a whole salad dish.

- To prepare the "Festive" mushroom salad, cut 500 g of fresh champignons and fry in a dry frying pan, salt and pepper. Boil chicken fillet in salted water, boil eggs in steep. Chop the chilled boiled fillet, grate eggs and cheese. Layer all ingredients: 1/2 mushrooms 1/2 fillet 1 tbsp mayonnaise 2 eggs 1 tbsp mayonnaise repeat everything and sprinkle with grated cheese on top (I used a 16 cm shape)
