Dough:
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 380 gram Flour wheat / Flour
Filling:
- 100 gram Marinade cucumber
- 1 piece Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1/2 glass Rice boiled
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- First you need to knead the dough. To do this, pour milk into a bowl, dissolve salt and sugar in it, add vegetable oil.
- Then gradually add flour and yeast. Knead a soft dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with a towel and put it in a warm place to come 2-3 times. The dough can also be prepared in a bread maker. To do this, put all the products in a bowl and click on the "Dough" mode.
- For the filling: finely chop the chicken fillet and cucumbers.
- Finely chop the onion. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and lightly fry the onion.
- Add cucumbers to the pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
- Add the chicken fillet. Cook until the chicken is ready.
- Add boiled rice to fried foods, add a little salt, pepper and mix. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
- The dough should be divided into small portions and rolled into balls.
- Take one ball and use a glass to make a recess by placing it in the center of the ball and pressing it with the palm of your hand. Put a little filling in its recess. Place the pies on a baking sheet lined with parchment and brush them with beaten egg. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle each patty with grated cheese and bake until golden brown.
