Instructions
- In a meat grinder, we chop chicken fillet, pork, pumpkin, carrots, potatoes, onions and garlic. Sprinkled with salt, pepper and beaten egg. Seasonings can be added to the filling to taste.
- Mix the minced meat well and form cutlets, rolling them in flour.
- Spread parchment paper on a baking sheet and pour oil over it. Spread out the cutlets and put them in a preheated 200 degree oven. While the cutlets are baking, prepare the sauce. In a bowl, pour cream, milk and put soft cheese. You can add any spices and seasonings. Mix the sauce well. After 10 minutes, I took the cutlets out of the oven, poured the sauce over them and put them to bake again. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes until ready. Cutlets can be sprinkled with grated hard cheese.
- The cutlets turned out juicy and delicious. Serve them with boiled pasta and vegetables.
