Snack "Stappers" Recipe
A super snack for holidays and everyday life, with a delicious filling from the gifts of the beauty of autumn! Eggplant rings, fragrant mushrooms under a layer of juicy spicy carrots and melting cream cheese... and all this is framed by a crispy golden crust... very tasty! The name of this snack just happened to come to my mind. Only then did I start searching the Internet for something consonant and what it could mean, and I found it. From the German Stapel: pile, pile ... yes, in fact, I did it!

Ingredients
- 250 gram Champagnons
- 1 piece Eggplant
- 1 piece Carrot
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 1 piece Loaf
- 1 clove Garlic
- 18 teaspoons Milk
- 2 pinches Coriander
- 1 pinch Black pepper
- 0,5 teaspoon Vinegar (Apple)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Peel the raw carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Add apple cider vinegar, black pepper and ground coriander. Squeeze out the garlic. Stir and set aside or put to marinate in the refrigerator.
- Cut the mushrooms and boil them in salted water. Drain the water. Cool the mushrooms.
- Cut eggplants into rings, add a little salt and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. In total we will need 12 rings. You don't need a lot of butter for frying, just a tablespoon.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Loaf cut into pieces 3 cm thick. We will need 6 pieces of loaf.
- Place the loaf slices on a platter. Pour them with milk, 3 teaspoons for each slice. Pour milk so that the edges of the pieces remain dry, about 0.5 cm wide. With a teaspoon, press down the loaf to make "boats" or "plates". An approximate look at this photo.
- Put two eggplant rings in each recess, press down with a spoon.
- Next, put the boiled mushrooms, press down with a spoon.
- Put the pickled carrots on top and press lightly too.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese. Carefully transfer to a greased baking sheet. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- An amazingly delicious snack turns out - juicy, fragrant, with a golden crispy crust!
