Spicy Banana Waffles Recipe
During the winter holidays, treat your children and the whole family with these delicious waffles. Spikes are perfectly combined with banana cakes. I served it with honey and wild raspberries. It turns out 5.5 large wafers that can be cut into hearts. I like to cook waffles, because in parallel you can do other kitchen chores.

Ingredients
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 50 gram Corn starch
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 0,3 teaspoons Vanilla sugar
- 3 pieces Banana
- 2 pinches Salt
- 0,3 pinches Soda
- Honey to taste, for serve
- Raspberries to taste, for serve
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 0,3 teaspoons Coriander
- 0,3 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 0,25 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 0,25 teaspoons Turmeric
Instructions
- Mix sugar, flour, salt and soda.
- Rub the spices.
- Mix the dry ingredients.
- Whisk the eggs separately with a whisk and pour in the butter.
- Mash overripe bananas with a fork.
- Grate the ginger on a grater or take a dry one.
- Add to the dough.
- Knead the dough. Preheat the waffle iron and lubricate it with oil.
- Transfer a few spoonfuls of dough to a waffle iron and quickly smooth it out. Cover and fry.
- Transfer the finished waffles to a plate or grill. Continue baking the rest.
- Pour condensed milk, jam or honey over the waffles.
- Serve with coffee or tea. Soft waffles will appeal to both adults and children.
