Spiral Bread with Herbs and Garlic Recipe

Ingredients
Dough:
- 400 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 250 ml Milk
- 25 ml Vegetable oil
- 25 gram Butter
- 1 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 0,75 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
Instructions
- Prepare a decoction. In warm milk, dissolve yeast, sugar and 100 g of flour. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
- Add salt, melted butter and vegetable oil to the sourdough. Mix it. Add the remaining flour in parts.Knead the dough. Leave the dough warm, covered with a towel, for 50 minutes.
- Prepare the filling. Melt the butter, add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt, mix. Finely chop the green onion, dill and garlic.
- Beat the risen dough and roll out to a thickness of 3 mm. I prefer to divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out separately.
- Brush with oil, sprinkle with herbs and garlic.
- Cut into strips 5 cm wide.
- Take one strip of dough. Roll it into a roll. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Then wrap the second one around the first twisted strip, etc. - spiral all the others. Press the middle of the bread lightly with the palm of your hand. Leave for 20 minutes for proofing.
- Then put the bread in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake until golden brown. After about 30 minutes.
