Instructions

  1. Prepare a decoction. In warm milk, dissolve yeast, sugar and 100 g of flour. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
  2. Add salt, melted butter and vegetable oil to the sourdough. Mix it. Add the remaining flour in parts.Knead the dough. Leave the dough warm, covered with a towel, for 50 minutes.
  3. Prepare the filling. Melt the butter, add vegetable oil and a pinch of salt, mix. Finely chop the green onion, dill and garlic.
  4. Beat the risen dough and roll out to a thickness of 3 mm. I prefer to divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out separately.
  5. Brush with oil, sprinkle with herbs and garlic.
  6. Cut into strips 5 cm wide.
  7. Take one strip of dough. Roll it into a roll. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  8. Then wrap the second one around the first twisted strip, etc. - spiral all the others. Press the middle of the bread lightly with the palm of your hand. Leave for 20 minutes for proofing.
  9. Then put the bread in a preheated 180 degree oven, bake until golden brown. After about 30 minutes.
  10. Bon appetit.
