Ingredients
Chocolate biscuit:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 70 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 1 gram Vanilin
- 0,5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 teaspoons Vegetable oil for mold lubrication
Light biscuit:
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- 70 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Orange zest dry powder
- 2 tablespoons Chocolate chips
- 1 gram Vanilin
- 0,5 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 0,5 teaspoons Vegetable oil for mold lubrication
Curd layer:
- 200 gram Cottage cheese
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 250 gram Strawberries
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream
- 1 gram Vanilin
- 15 gram Gelatin
- 2 tablespoons Water
Berry layer:
- 250 gram Strawberry including 6 berries for registration
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
Chocolate icing:
- 2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Milk
- 30 gram Butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a chocolate sponge cake: beat the eggs with sugar and salt for 5-7 minutes. Add vanilla, baking powder, flour, cocoa. To interfere. Cover the baking dish (I have 20 cm) with greased baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool on the grill.
- Prepare a light sponge cake: beat the eggs with sugar and salt for 5-7 minutes. Add vanilla, baking powder, flour, tangerine powder, chocolate crumbs. Mix it.
- Cover the baking dish (I have 20 cm) with greased baking paper. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. We check the readiness with a wooden skewer. Cool on the grill.
- Soak the gelatin in water for 15 minutes (I have soluble gelatin, follow the instructions on the package). Beat the cottage cheese in a blender with sour cream. Chop the strawberries separately every 250 grams, leave 6 berries whole for decoration. One part of the strawberries will be used in the curd layer, the other in the berry layer.
- Prepare the curd layer: add the swollen gelatin and sugar to one part of the crushed strawberries, mix and bring to a boil, do not boil. The gelatin should completely dissolve. Cool the strawberry mass, add the whipped cottage cheese, vanilla – mix.
- We collect the cake: put the chocolate cake on the bottom of the split mold, then lay out the curd layer – level the surface. Put the flame on top of the cake.
- Add sugar to the rest of the crushed strawberries and mix. Apply a light layer of strawberries on top of the cake.
- Prepare the chocolate glaze: mix cocoa with sugar, stir. Add the milk and mix again. Put on fire and bring to a boil, cook for one minute, stirring constantly. Cool the glaze, add the butter, mix well.
- Cover the finished cake with icing. Garnish with strawberries.
