We cut vegetables arbitrarily, I usually do it with a knife so that it is beautiful and pleasing to the eye. I take frozen broccoli, but first I fill it with cold water to make the ice disappear, then I add it to the vegetables. I cut garlic in half, and pepper in small slices.
Put the slices of vegetables in a glass container.
Now let's do the marinade. Boil the water and cook all the spices.
Put sugar, salt, peas, bay leaf, oil and vinegar essence in boiling water, let the salt and sugar boil and dissolve. The taste of the marinade is rich sweet-sour-salty.
Remove the marinade from the fire and pour it over our vegetables. For flavor, you can put a couple of sprigs of fresh dill.
Close and leave to cool. Ideally, do it overnight and eat the next day.
