The other day I came across Jamie Oliver’s book “Ministry of Food”, and immediately my attention was drawn to the recipe for these puddings, because I found recipes on the Internet… mini puddings. The only ones that I cooked for some reason turned out not as beautiful as they described, but they were delicious – that’s a fact. In addition, they constantly pestered the molds… So today I decided to make puddings based on the wonderful Oliver’s book! All… Finally, the puddings met my expectations. They could be taken out of the molds manually! They didn’t stick to my uniform in any way… I’m sharing a recipe with you.
I want to suggest making medallions from dough with pudding and sour cream. I love cottage cheese pastries. And in combination with vanilla pudding, this is a magical treat, there is no strength to break away. Pudding on a sand base, soft and crispy, streusel.

I’ve never cooked in a microwave before. I used it only for heating. Now my attitude to cooking in the “microwave” has changed radically. I bring to your attention “orange pudding”. It turns out a very tasty quick dessert with an orange note.
Pudding is a classic English dessert. Initially, puddings were prepared on the basis of bread or flour and baked in the oven! We are going to make a very light pudding based on milk, which will cool down and serve as a delicious dessert.
Since winter does not want to give up its positions: snow is falling, it scares with frost in the morning, spring is approaching. She enjoys the flashes of bright sun through dark clouds, a sudden thaw, a ringing drizzle in the middle of the day and so wants something bright, tasty and able to please. I suggest cooking a curd dessert, tinted with bright candied fruits, which you can enjoy both warm and cold.
I often cook desserts of this kind – puddings, jellies, mousses, my family members love them very much. Today I want to share a very tasty version of pudding – with bananas, cream, cognac and delicious thick caramel sauce. This pudding will be a perfect end to a family dinner or a treat for unexpected guests.
