Hello, dear ones! Today I want to offer you an unusual recipe. I read about it in a long-donated book with completely impossible recipes. This recipe is very interesting, I have somewhat altered it for the most familiar products. Of course, not everyone will like this kind of hodgepodge, but we liked it.
The experimental version eventually pleased us. In general, the name of the dish is “Meat in French”, but we will not be so pretentious and decided to do what we always do in the oven. These are pork chops with mushrooms, tomatoes and cheese mixture. What kind of experiment is this? We grilled it. As I said above, we were very pleased with the result.
