As you know, only whole fruits are suitable for storage, but it happens that some fruits may be damaged during harvesting… These are the spoiled ones I get when processing jam. Very tasty, fragrant and beautiful.

It’s cold and overcast outside, and a pleasant aroma of apple pastries comes from my oven – these are delicious, tender, airy, moderately sweet puffs. I used ready-made puff pastry without yeast, and apple mousse as a filling, then I made a leaf pattern on the layer so that the baking would remind me of the warmth and charm of the outgoing autumn.
