Here is such a pide prepared in our Turkish hotel. This tortilla with meat was served for lunch and dinner, with soup, meat, salad, and the children ate just like that. I liked this dish so much that I asked for a recipe and even attended a personal master class with the chef of our hotel. This is a real recipe for Turkish pide – thin crispy dough, spicy, juicy, meat filling, without cheese, eggs and milk – this is not pizza!

For your consideration, I present a recipe for universal cutlets. Thanks to the addition of corn groats to them, you can prepare a side dish that is quite satisfying and not too heavy for the stomach. They are convenient to take as a snack to work – in cold form they do not lose their taste qualities. Together with fresh vegetables, they fly away with a shout of “hurrah!”. My daughter appreciated them, although it is not easy to please children’s tastes.

Very rich and fragrant Cuban duck soup. The recipe is from my grandmother, a real Kuban Cossack. No matter how many times I try to cook this soup under her guidance, it still doesn’t work, because it doesn’t work. She adds all the ingredients “by eye” and says it all depends on experience. But by trial and error, I managed to get as close to my result as possible, and I will be happy to share this recipe with you.
