Today we have a picnic in the woods after going for mushrooms. For a snack, I made tortillas with pockets and stuffed them with fresh vegetables and baked Turkey. The ingredients for the tortilla are measured in one glass (I have 150 ml). the main thing here is the proportions. The original recipe used only wheat flour, but I don’t really like plain wheat bread, so I took half wheat flour and half whole wheat rye.
