If you like cereal salads, where instead of traditional potatoes – rice, pearl barley or other cereals, then you will like it. It can be filled with vegetable oil and served warm, but we prefer its cold version, with mayonnaise and mustard dressing.
Georgian salad with nuts and Kakheti oil. Georgia’s favorite combination of juicy greens, ripe summer vegetables and crushed nuts, Svan salt and Kakheti oil. Nuts are mixed with oil and vegetable juice, creating a thick, enveloping nut dressing. This salad is a constant dish on our table and it just can not get bored.
