We fill the salad with sauce, mix thoroughly. We spread the lettuce leaves beautifully on a plate and spread our salad on top. For brightness, we also decorate the salad with cherry tomatoes. Bon Appetit!

|The salad is not new, but we must not forget about it 🙂 And although it’s not the season for cucumbers and tomatoes, you can add a little bit of them for a light aroma and smell. The combination of vegetable oil infused with crushed garlic turned out to be very successful. From personal experience, it turned out that it is better either not to use peas at all, or to use just a little and freshly frozen, since canned is not very suitable. Corn is also not a mandatory ingredient, but with it, the salad looks more fun.

|Mary Barry’s Devonshire Scones Recipe
|Why Devonshire? The name comes from the county of Devonshire, in the south-west of England. These places are famous for their beautiful landscapes, seaside resorts and traditional tea drinking. Tea is served here with skins, strawberry jam and melted thick cream. By the way, the British are divided into those who first spread jam on the scones, and then put cream on those who do exactly the opposite: first cream, then jam. And I found the recipe for these scones from the British culinary writer and TV presenter Mary Barry.
