Ingredients
Dough:
- 150 ml Milk
- 1,5 teaspoon Dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 50 gram Butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 370 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
Filling:
- 250 gram Cottage cheese
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 40 gram Sugar powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Semolina
- 60 gram Cranberries
- 1 pack Vanilin
Instructions
- I'll make the dough in a bread maker. Pour warm milk into the bread maker bucket, add egg, sugar, salt, melted butter, sour cream.
- Sift the flour with the yeast.
- Knead dough. Flour may need a little more, plus 20-30 gr.
- Leave the dough in a warm place for 40 minutes. to increase the volume. I leave it in the bread maker.
- Cut the dried cranberry berries into smaller pieces. Stir in the dough.
- Add salt, powdered sugar, vanilla and semolina to the curd.
- Add the egg white. Yolk to leave for lubrication of the rolls.
- Beat with a blender until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 7-8 parts. Roll each part into a circle. To make cuts not to the end.
- Fold the ends of each sector.
- Fold up to the center.
- Do the same with the other incisions. It turned out like this. Transfer to a baking sheet, I have covered with a silicone Mat.
- Place the curd filling in the center of each bun. Brush the buns with egg yolk using a silicone brush. Bake in the oven, preheated to 180 gr., 20-25 minutes.
- Ready buns are served to the table.
