Christmas Wreath Cake Recipe
New Year's holidays include such a big and bright holiday as Christmas. On this holiday, I want to remember the forgotten tradition of caroling, and then after a frosty evening on the street to drink tea with a fragrant pie in the cozy circle of my family.

Ingredients
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 3 glasses Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,5 glass Milk
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 50 gram Butter
- 2 teaspoons Dry yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 1 piece Egg yolk grease the pie
- 2 pieces Apples
- Chocolate paste
- Pine nuts
- Vanilin
Instructions
- In the bowl of a food processor, whisk an egg with sugar and salt.
- Mash the peeled and boiled potatoes into a puree.
- We will need 0.75 cups of mashed potatoes, let's cool it to a warm state.
- In the bowl of the combine, add warm milk, dry yeast, chilled mashed potatoes and whisk.
- Pour in 1.5 cups of flour, add softened butter and whisk.
- Pour the resulting dough into a bowl.
- Gradually add flour and knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Flour can take more or less. Cover the dough and leave it to come up in a warm place until it increases by 2 times. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
- Roll out one part into a rectangle.
- Brush with chocolate paste.
- Roll into a roll, roll out a little.
- Cut the roll lengthwise.
- Weave a wreath, secure the ends with a skewer.
- Insert the apple inside.
- Do the same with the second part of the test.
- Brush the free end with egg yolk and sprinkle with peanuts. Leave for proofing for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until ready.
