Ingredients
For minced meat:
- 600 gram Minced meat Ingredients: Pork, beef, chicken (thigh), in a ratio of 40x40x20
- 1 piece Carrot
- 1 piece Onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 slices Loaf
- 50 ml Milk
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil to fry onions and carrots 2 tbsp., to add to the form for baking cutlets (2 tbsp.)
- 1 tablespoon Butter for fry carrots and onions
- Breadcrumbs for breading cutlets
For sauce:
- 1 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 500 ml Water
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Seasoning A mixture of dried herbs (dill, parsley, Basil, dill umbrellas)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour wheat / Flour
Instructions
- Onion (1 pc.) and carrot (1 pc.) cut into any large pieces.
- Pour vegetable oil (2 tablespoons) into the pan, add 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Fry the onion and carrot until light golden brown. Then add the cooled browning to the chopper / blender and whisk until smooth.
- Soak the loaf (2 slices) in milk (50 ml), then grind it in a meat grinder / blender until smooth.
- Add salt and ground black pepper to the prepared minced meat, add chopped onions and carrots, pour in the bread porridge, pour in the milk in which the slices of the loaf were soaked.
- Mix the minced meat well.
- From the prepared minced meat, form cutlets, roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the mold, lay out the cutlets and send the form with the cutlets to the oven, preheated to t 180 * C, for baking the cutlets.
- Bake the cutlets until cooked. When you press them with a fork, a light juice should appear.
- For the sauce: Pour the flour (1 tablespoon with a slide) into a saucepan. Fry the flour until creamy without adding oil over low heat, stirring slightly.
- Then add 500 ml. of water, add butter (1 tbsp. l.). As soon as the mixture boils, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste.
- Then add 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika. The mixture is boiled well to the desired density over low heat, stirring occasionally. After 3-5 minutes. add the herb mixture until the sauce is ready.
- The sauce is ready.
- Serve your favorite side dish to the cutlets.
