  1. Boil the lasagna sheets (if it is written on the package), if not, it is not necessary. Grease the baking dish with oil and preheat the oven to 200 C. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a frying pan, add the minced meat, fry until the pink color disappears. Add the tomato puree, then season with salt and pepper. Fry the mixture for another 12 minutes on a fairly high heat. Take it out and let it cool down a little.
