Instructions
- For this recipe, any favorite recipe for unsweetened pancakes will suit you. I offer you the simplest budget option. Mix warm milk, egg, salt, sugar, vegetable oil.
- The food processor helped me with this. Stir with a whisk.
- Add flour.
- Stir until smooth.
- We take a frying pan, I used a small one. Brush with oil and bake pancakes in the usual way. It turned out 12 pcs .
- Next, prepare the pate for the filling. Peel the carrots and onions and cut into cubes.
- Pour vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan and fry the carrots and onions over medium heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes.
- Add the chicken liver to the vegetables. Mix it.
- Add the salt and pepper mixture, stir and simmer over medium heat until tender for 15 minutes. Let the finished liver with vegetables cool down.
- Put the cooled liver in the bowl of a food processor, add cottage cheese and dill (I have ice cream).
- Grind into a homogeneous mass.
- Also, for the filling, finely chop the pickles.
- I used a food processor.
- We are preparing a snack. Take two pancakes, lay out the overlap. Spread the pate evenly. Also lubricate the part of the pancake that is under the pancake overlap. Squeeze the pickle out of the cucumbers and spread evenly over the pate.
- Roll the pancakes tightly into a roll.
- Trim the edges of the roll, they are uneven and empty. With a sharp knife, cut the roll in half, and then diagonally in half each part.
- If necessary, you can fix the rolls with skewers. Serve the snack chilled, garnished with herbs.
- Happy New Year!
