Ingredients
Apple filling:
- 750 gram Apple
- 150 gram Sugar
- 50 gram Butter
- 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Corn starch
Dough:
- 75 gram Sugar
- 90 gram Butter soft
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 300 gram Kefir
- 520 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 15 gram Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 pinch Vanilin
Instructions
- Cut the apples into cubes, peel them or leave them without peel. Pour lemon juice over it.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the apples, sugar, cinnamon, starch and mix everything. Simmer the apples over medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
- The result is a very tasty fragrant apple filling, it should be cooled.
- Prepare the dough. Mash the butter with sugar, add the egg and mix everything well.
- Add kefir.
- Sift the flour with baking powder. Add flour and knead the dough quickly, do not knead for a long time.
- Flour is different for everyone, if the dough turns out to be runny, then add a little more flour.
- Roll the dough into a ball, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small pieces of about 30-35 grams.
- Make a tortilla from the dough and put the apple filling in the middle. Gather the edges of the dough, pinch and form a ball.
- Put the balls in a mold (I have d = 22 cm), put a little apple filling on top.
- Again a layer of balls and fillings.
- Bake in the oven at t = 180 °C for about 1 hour.
