- 280 gram Champignons
- 100 gram Broccoli boiled
- 100 gram Cauliflower boiled
- 210 gram Rice
- 1 piece Onion
- 50 gram Butter
- 1 teaspoon Roots dried, crushed-carrots, parsnips, celery, parsley
- Salt to taste
- Red hot pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the mushrooms and fry with onions in butter for five minutes. Cauliflower and broccoli were previously boiled for three minutes in boiling water. Put boiled rice in a frying pan with mushrooms.
- Cut the cabbage into slices and put it in a frying pan. The entire contents of the pan are fried for seven minutes.
- Cut the ham into strips and put it in a frying pan. I broke the eggs, poured the roots, salted, peppered, added herbs and mixed the filling. I made the dough a little thicker than the batter. Eggs were broken into a bowl, salt and sugar were added, melted butter was poured in and whipped well with a whisk. I poured milk, sifted flour, poured baking powder and kneaded the dough well.
- Pour a little dough on the bottom of the 24 x 32 cm mold and evenly distribute it with a thin layer with a spoon. Put the dough on the filling.
- Pour the remaining dough over the filling. The dough is not enough to cover the entire filling. There's no need for that. The dough will rise during baking and evenly cover the filling from the bottom, top and sides.
- Place the baking sheet in a preheated 180 ° oven and bake for about 40 minutes. Cut the pie warm into rectangular portions.
- The pie turns out to be satisfying and is quite suitable for snacks.
