Dough:
- 460 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 60 gram Corn starch
- 300 ml Water

Filling №1:
- 300 gram Cabbage
- 100 gram Pork
- 100 gram Beef
- 100 gram Onion
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- Black pepper to taste
Filling №2:
- 300 gram Cabbage
- 150 gram Pork
- 100 gram Onion
- Black pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander to taste
Additionally:
- Butter to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the filling No. 1. Finely chop the cabbage, finely chop both types of meat and onions.
- Fry the onion in vegetable oil, then salt the meat. Add the cabbage, pour in the soy sauce, fry on low heat until tender.
- Prepare the filling No. 2. Chop the cabbage, onion and meat with a blender.
- Sprinkle both fillings with ground garlic and black pepper, ground coriander, salt to taste. Put it away in a cool place.
- We prepare the dough. To do this, mix sugar and yeast in warm water. Add flour, starch and salt and mix.
- Add vegetable oil and knead an elastic, soft dough. Grease a bowl with vegetable oil, put a bun of dough in it, cover and remove to a warm place for 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, knead the dough and leave for another 30 minutes.
- Then divide the dough into 10 equal parts of 87 g each. Roll into a bun, cover and leave for 10 minutes.
- Start forming. Roll out a bun 12-14 cm long, put 2 tablespoons of filling No. 1 on it.
- Do the same with the filling No .2.
- Secure the top and form all the blanks in this way. Place on a linen towel and cover with cling film for 5-10 minutes.
- Grease the baking sheets of the steamer with butter, put the blanks on them.
- Steam for 30-40 minutes.
- Serve hot with spicy salads and soy sauce.
